Plans and pricing

Your first video is free, including up to 2 remakes. After that, ForeverPaws Plus lets you make up to 30 videos a month (and up to 5 a day), with every occasion, theme, remake and fresh set of words included.

$19.99 a year or $4.99 a month (or the equivalent in your currency, as shown in the app). Plus renews automatically until you cancel.

Common questions

I didn’t get my sign-in code

Codes come from [email protected] and usually arrive within a minute. Check your spam or junk folder, and mark the email “Not spam” so future codes reach your inbox. Codes expire after an hour; you can ask the app for a new one.

I forgot my password

On the log-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, then type the code we send you and choose a new password.

How many photos do I need?

At least 8. More gives us more to choose from. Different places, moods and moments make the best videos.

My video didn’t work

Open the video and tap Try again. If it fails again, email us and we’ll look into it.

Can I change the words in my video?

Yes. Open the video and tap Edit to change the captions, labels, music or format, then remake it.

How do I delete a photo or a video?

On your pet’s page, tap Remove on the photos card and tap ✕ on any photo, or tap the bin next to a video. They’re deleted from ForeverPaws (not from your phone).

How do I cancel ForeverPaws Plus?

Apple handles subscriptions. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and ForeverPaws Plus. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews; you keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve paid for. In the app, Account → Manage subscription takes you to the same place.

I have Plus but the app says I don’t

Open the paywall (Account → Join ForeverPaws Plus) and tap Restore purchases, using the same Apple ID you subscribed with. If that doesn’t help, email us.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, tap the account icon (top right), then Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, your pets, photos and videos. It doesn’t cancel ForeverPaws Plus (see above). If you can’t get into the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
